Welcome to applications developed by Playeverywhere (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Developer”).
We respect your privacy and are committed to transparency and data protection in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This Privacy Policy explains what data may be processed in our applications and how it is handled.

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published under the Playeverywhere developer account on Google Play or other platforms (“Applications”).

Some Applications may contain advertising, while others may function fully offline. Data processing may differ depending on the specific Application.

2. Data We Collect

A. Data Collected by the Application Itself

Our Applications:

- Do not require account registration  
- Do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers  
- Do not collect precise location data  
- Do not access personal files or contacts  

We may process limited technical information necessary for functionality, such as:

- Device type  
- Operating system version  
- App version  
- Basic crash diagnostics (if provided automatically by the platform)  

This information is not used to identify individual users.

B. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Some of our Applications may display advertisements using Google AdMob.

However, certain Applications — including this one — currently do not display ads and do not collect data for advertising purposes.

If advertising is enabled in a specific Application, AdMob may automatically collect certain information to provide ads, including:

- Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)  
- IP address (for general location estimation)  
- Device information  
- Ad interaction data  

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by Playeverywhere.

3. Personalized Ads & User Consent (EU/EEA)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland:

If an Application includes advertising, a consent form may be shown before ads are displayed.

You can choose whether to allow personalized ads.

You may change your consent preferences in your device settings.

If consent is not granted, only non-personalized ads will be shown (where applicable).

4. Children’s Privacy

Some Applications (such as games) may be suitable for children.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

For Applications that include advertising and are directed to children:

- Personalized advertising is disabled  
- Only non-personalized ads (if any) may be shown  
- No behavioral profiling is performed by us  

If you believe a child has provided personal data directly to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Parents are encouraged to supervise children’s app usage.

5. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

We do not create user profiles.

We do not track users across applications for our own purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect our Applications.

However, no electronic system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not store personal data on our own servers.
